Who we are

What we do

We provide recruitment and headhunting, executive search, fractional talent acquisition, and HR and people support. Our specialism is commercial and sales roles — recruited across industrial, manufacturing and technical markets, alongside marketing, operations, HR, leadership and C-suite appointments.

Enquiries and registrations

Submitting an enquiry, a vacancy brief or your candidate details is free and places you under no obligation. We'll use what you send to respond to you and, where it's useful, to talk through how we could help.

Please make sure anything you send us is accurate and that you're entitled to share it. If you send us someone else's CV or details, get their permission first.

Fees

Our fees start from 10%. Contingency searches run no win, no fee as standard, and retained mandates are also part of how we work. The exact fee depends on the role and the search.

The fee, the scope of the work and any other commercial terms are agreed with you in writing before we begin. That written agreement is what governs the engagement — this page is a plain-English summary of how we work, not a contract.

Candidates and introductions

We never submit your CV or share your details with an employer without asking you first. Where we approach you about a role, we'll tell you which business we're talking to and why before anything is passed on.

If you're currently employed and would prefer the conversation to stay confidential, tell us and we'll handle it that way.
